Access to amenities and/or facilities within the project will be subject to additional fees, which may be charged to each homeowner by a condominium association, or the owner of such amenities and/or facilities. Certain amenities and/or facilities may be included as part of a club or separate condominium unit administered by the developer, hotel or a third party. Fees may include, but not be limited to, entry fees, e.g., an initiation fee charged at time of sale or closing of a home, mandatory monthly recurring fees, and special fees for additional services. Membership in any club established within the project may consist of separate membership classifications. Access to the club amenities and/or club facilities will be open to guests of the hotel and may be open to members of the public. Rules, fees, access policies, membership classification, and other components or requirements of the club may be determined by the developer, hotel owner, hotel operator, or a separate operator.
