Access to amenities and/or facilities within the project will be subject to additional fees, which may be charged to each homeowner by a condominium association, or the owner of such amenities and/or facilities. Certain amenities and/or facilities may be included as part of a club or separate condominium unit administered by the developer, hotel or a third party. Fees may include, but not be limited to, entry fees, e.g., an initiation fee charged at time of sale or closing of a home, mandatory monthly recurring fees, and special fees for additional services. Membership in any club established within the project may consist of separate membership classifications. Access to the club amenities and/or club facilities will be open to guests of the hotel and may be open to members of the public. Rules, fees, access policies, membership classification, and other components or requirements of the club may be determined by the developer, hotel owner, hotel operator, or a separate operator.

No representation or warranty is made regarding specific retail, restaurant, or hotel services that may be provided in the project, nor the type of retail tenants within the project. The mix of tenants within the project and retail, restaurant, or hotel services has not yet been determined.

All photos, renderings, models, material boards, sketches, graphic materials, plans, specifications, terms, conditions, statements, features, dimensions, amenities, existing or future views, depicted, presented, or otherwise described in print materials, a sales gallery/office, videos, or virtual reality presentations are based on current development plans, are intended to be representative, and are subject to change without notice. Views may change from a home or within the project. The information provided in print materials, a sales gallery/office, models, videos, or virtual reality presentations do not include all nearby existing and proposed projects and facilities. Certain properties adjacent or near the project are owned by the developer or an affiliate. No representation or warranties are or will be made as to whether or when nearby existing and proposed projects and facilities will be developed, or if developed, as to their nature, size, appearance, or quality.
